Learn more about the biking community in Downtown Indianapolis with this year’s Bike-in Breakfast series brought to you by the Cycle Commuter Task Force. Our commuter series of Bike-In Breakfasts are underway and available to everyone. Whether you’ve just started biking or you’ve been peddling for years, all levels and stage of cyclists are welcome. Join us all spring, summer, and fall for info sessions and fellowship while learning all about bike commuting here in Indianapolis.

The Bike-In Breakfast sessions are held from 6:30 – 8 a.m. on the 3rd Friday of each month, April – October, at the YMCA at the City Market.

On April 27, 2019 the YMCA will celebrate Healthy Kids Day, our national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids.
The Fishers Y is free and open to the public from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturday. We welcome newcomers and everyone who calls our community home to stop in and say hello! If you’ve already visited the Y this year on a guest pass, you’re welcome to enjoy the facility again!
Come participate in all the that Y has to offer you and your family:

- Group Exercises Classes, 7:30 a.m. – Noon
- Kids Night Out ($$), 5-10 PM
Join us for a day devoted to helping your child live healthier in other words help us save a life. Free and open to the community, Healthy Kids Day will be packed with fun activities, helpful information and education. Make your way to the YMCA to check out everything we have to offer! These one-day training clinics will focus on fine tuning the young athlete’s fundamentals. Coach Phillips will ensure that every child leaves these clinics a better player than when they started. Training is designed to:
– Increase confidence in ball handling, shooting, defense and court awareness
– Improve footwork, hand quickness and hand-eye coordination
– Improve lateral quickness, reaction and short burst quickness
– Improve agility, quickness and reaction time
– Improve focus and explosiveness
– Available for ages 5 – 14
Two sessions to choose from: April 7 and/or May 5

Ages 10 – 14 · 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
