Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Try one (or all) of our new monthly Yoga workshops.
In this month’s workshop in preparation for the upcoming holidays, we are zoning in on: breathing techniques, poses that promote stress reduction, and relaxation techniques. This will be taught by candlelight and we will likely spend some extra time in poses like Child’s pose and Savasana. This will be a 4 part series throughout the holiday season designed for new students and experienced yogis, alike.
Enjoy an evening out – just you adults – while the kids have fun at the YMCA. The evening includes: crafts, games, physical activities, a movie and tons of fun!
Please bring participants with a labeled backpack, water bottle, and close-toed shoes. A meal of pizza and fruit will be served, a snack will be served during the movie. This program is open to children 18 months to 12 years.
Join a group for a 30 minute walk to rejuvenate your spirit, mind and body. Enjoy the social and physical benefits of meeting with a group and being in motion.
We set a pace where no one is left behind and welcome all to come and find community while staying active.

Our Youth Cooking Workshops offer your child a day of fun at the Y!
We will spend the morning learning recipes and cooking in our teaching kitchen, eat what we make for lunch, and spend the afternoon playing games in the gym, swimming and doing crafts.
While in the kitchen, we focus on basic cooking skills, kitchen safety best-practices and a specialized menu. Each participant will go home with a copy of the day’s recipes.
Child care is available both before and after class for a fee.
