Ready to take your swim skills to the next level? The new Advanced Adult Swim Training is designed for experienced swimmers to focus on endurance training, triathlon training, and stroke technique under the guidance of a skilled coach.

MEET YOUR COACH
Thomas Addington comes to Indy with 38 years of aquatics experience as a swim coach, lifeguard, competitive swim athlete and aquatics manager.
Most recently he served as the Aquatics Director at the Nir Family YMCA in Wilmington North Carolina.
His swimming accomplishments include; High School and College All-American Honors, NCAA Division II National Champion and an Olympic Trial Participant.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from California State University Bakersfield in 1988.

Need a break from being cooped up inside? We’ve got you covered! Join the YMCA at the Athenaeum team for some FREE outdoor Les Mills BodyAttack classes to get you out and moving! Our instructors will be outside to lead you through a great workout while still maintain social distancing. So join us for these free weekly workouts in the parking lot of the nearby Old National Centre.
Please come prepared with your own towel and water
