Recreational and competitive programs are offered to provide an opportunity to work with trained coaches, improve swimming skills, gain endurance, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Enjoy an evening out – just you adults – while the kids have fun in play & learn. The evening includes crafts, games, dinner, physical activities and lots of fun! Registration required. 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month, 5-10pm
Our Early Learning Program allows children to grow personally, clarify values, develop skills, encourage relationships, and become better leaders. Full and half day options are available. Registration now open.
Registration is on-going; new students will begin attending class the first week of the month. Class payments are drafted on the 1st of the month and may be cancelled at any time prior to the 25th for the next month.
Work with a certified trainer, review goals, and develop a customized exercise program to meet your needs. Your trainer will guide you through each exercise offering feedback, motivation, and accountability.
