Welcome to the 20th Annual YMCA Holiday Toy Drive presented by Tom Wood Automotive Group.
This is an exciting seasonal event that provides Greater Indianapolis children in need with gifts and the magical spirit of the season.
Toy donations are accepted at any Indianapolis-area Tom-Wood location or YMCA of Greater Indianapolis locations You may also support the program by selecting a donation level below. All proceeds will be used to support the Annual YMCA Holiday Toy Drive.
The Annual YMCA Holiday Toy Drive provides new, unwrapped gifts for children ages newborn to 15. Participation in the Annual YMCA Holiday Toy Drive requires pre-registration. Toys are available for pick-up on December 19 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Campions Pavilion, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Registration is closed. The program is full.
Please Note: Out of abundance of caution related to Covid-19, this is a drive-thru event ONLY and toys will be put in the trunk of vehicles. All pre-registered families must be present to pick up toys at their assigned time between 8am – 1pm on December 19th at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Champions Pavilion, 1202 E. 38th Street. To maintain social distancing, families are assigned a pick-up time block. Please do NOT arrive more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time – All pre-registered families will be served. The adult parent/guardian who registered the family for toy assistance must be present and show government issued photo ID, and is the only person allowed to pick up the toys on the event day. Please print out and bring registration confirmation receipt, proof of residence (i.e. lease, utility bill, etc.), and verification that you are the legal guardian of all children registered and listed in the household (i.e. birth certificate for each child registered which includes the name of the adult who registered, copy of 2018 or 2019 1040 tax return that lists both the adult and child names, or a court document that shows you are the legal guardian of the child.)
Plans for our 2021 event are underway; please stay tuned.
YMCA Good Friday Breakfast Attendee,
We are in unprecedented times. In light of the threat posed by COVID-19 (coronavirus), the YMCA is taking some extraordinary measures to ensure the health and safety of our members, our program participants, our YMCA staff and our community.
Therefore, following guidance from health officials and state and local community leaders, we have decided to cancel the YMCA Good Friday Breakfast.
We are disappointed, but remain extremely thankful for your continued support of the YMCA Mission and this annual event. We appreciate your understanding, and ask that you pray for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis as we navigate through this challenging season.
P.S. We are already planning and praying for next year’s event!
Actively living out the “C” in the YMCA,
Pastor Joshua Heaston
Director of Christian Mission
