Active Older Adults
Helping Adults with Arthritis or Limited Mobility
Stay active, energized, and empowered in this proven, community-based fitness and arthritis management program.
Safe, yet challenging, low impact exercises help adults of all fitness levels live independent lifestyles. This program is nationally recognized by the leading US health organizations.
- Enhance Fitness is designed for adults with Arthritis or mobility challenges/limited mobility.
- Through EnhanceFitness, participants will work to: increase flexibility, relieve stress, improve arthritic joint stiffness, and decrease their risk of falls and injury.
- All exercises may be performed seated or standing.
- Classes are one hour, 3 times per week and led by a certified instructor. They begin with a warm-up period, followed by work with light soft-weights, and finish with a cool-down session.

SchedulesHELP PREVENT FALLS
Moving For Better Balance works to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility to enhance overall physical health. This leads to better functioning in daily activities. Participation in the program may also result in better mental health, reduced stress, improved memory and cognition, and increased self-esteem.
- The program is led by a qualified instructor who teaches an eight-form routine of Tai Chi-based movements, modified specially for falls prevention
- Classes are one hour, 2 times per week and led by a certified instructor

SchedulesLes Mills Classes
BodyAttack® is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater to both total beginners and total addicts.
We combine athletic moves like running lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A certified LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout-challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a great feeling of achievement.

SchedulesBODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Les Mills Virtual means more of your favorite classes, more often. For those who’ve just started their journey to a fitter, stronger life, Les Mills Virtual is a great way to get your moves sorted and your confidence up before you get into live classes. If you’re a more experienced member, you’ll enjoy being able to work out to the world’s best fitness programs, led by the world’s best instructors, at times that suit your schedule.
Les Mills Virtual has been designed as a complement to instructor-led classes, not a replacement – it provides you with options for working out at times when you can’t get to a live class (or if you miss one because it’s too full, or you’re running late). Do both Virtual and live and enjoy the freedom of having more ways to max out your favorite classes!

- BodyFlow – Yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music. Helps you build your flexibility and core strength while reducing stress and focusing your mind to create a lasting sense of wellbeing. Low intensity.
- BodyFlow Flexibility – Yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music. It will improve your mind, body and life. Focusing on flexibility.
- BodyPump – The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Moderate to high intensity.
- CORE – 30 minute core conditioning workout targeting all the muscles around the core. A strong core makes us better at everything we do. Moderate intensity.
- Grit-Cardio – 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. High intensity.
- RPM – Cycling (stationary bike) workout where you control the intensity. Dial up the challenge factor to match your fitness level. Intensity can be self adjusted.
- Sh’Bam – Fun-loving and insanely addictive dance workout. No dance experience required! Moderate intensity.
- Sprint – High-intensity interval training on a bike. It’s a short, intense style of training where it pushes your physical and mental limits.

SchedulesTRX®
Available for members 17 and older, this introductory training consists of 4, 1-hour classes with one of our certified personal trainers. After completion of the course, members can use our suspension traps on request
