Start times: 8:00am, 8:30am, and 9:00am. They are first come first served, and ages 11 years old and up are welcome.
The stations will be as follows: 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, 20 minute run, your goal at each is to complete as much distance as possible.
There will be a 10 minute transition time between the swim and bike and 5 minutes between bike and run.
Each time slot will allow 12 people max. Each time slot will have volunteers to follow you around and record your distance.
