The YMCA offers spring and fall track teams for ages 4 to 16 as a great way to learn how to achieve personal goals and be on a team. Kids also learn how to see through a commitment with training and fun.
Compete against 8 YMCA track teams!
Teams are coached at eight area YMCAs and begin practicing one or two days a week in late April. The spring track season culminates with the All-City Track & Field Meet where nearly 400 kids compete in age groups in field events, running and relays.[table “41” not found /]

The YMCA also has adult running and walking clubs and triathlon groups and events, coach to 5K, mini and full marathon training programs, like the Inspire Indy 5K Series, perfect for the whole family, and more. Check ’em out!
