As you take control of your health the Benjamin Harrison YMCA is there with you, every step of the way. From Group Exercise Classes to Personal Training, the Y is committed to helping our community live healthy lifestyles.

Whether it is choosing to exercise a few times per week, giving up fast food meals, or educating themselves on nutrition and/or fitness, the YMCA encourages individuals to choose a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their family. Burn calories in fun group exercise classes like Zumba, Pilates, or our newest program, Les Mills BodyPump – all led by experienced instructors. And finally, come together and build new relationships surrounding common interests and life experiences.
