Active Older Adults
You will be lead through a series of stretching exercises aimed to improve your flexibility and range of motion, while preventing injuries. Join us to improve your game and general well being.
Schedules
This class kicks off with continuous cardio using a combination of current music & high energy dance moves. At the conclusion, you will finish strong with a variety of core strengthening and sculpting exercises. Come ready to dance, sculpt, sweat, and have FUN!
SchedulesTurn back the hands of time with this fat burning, feel good, low-impact, high-energy L.I.F.E. Strength class. Easy on your joints but hard on problem areas. The class will focus on special needs of those 50+ as well as prenatal, postpartum, beginning and returning exercisers.
SchedulesA standing, non-impact aerobics circuit class
This class is for participants who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning. Class offers non-impact aerobics alternated with standing upper body work.

SchedulesStability is the newest class designed to help active older adults become stronger and improve balance
The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

SchedulesBodyAttack® is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater to both total beginners and total addicts.
We combine athletic moves like running lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A certified LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout-challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a great feeling of achievement.
