It's Fun to Run with the YMCA
Perfect for those who want to run, but are not sure where to begin. Participants will start walking/running, then transition over 10 weeks to running a 5K!
Learn about nutrition, hydration, attire, form, training and stretching.
10 week program: March 2 – May 18
Monday/Wednesday 6-7 p.m. and Saturday 8-9 a.m.
or Tuesday/Thursday 9:30-10:30 a.m.and Saturday 8-9 a.m.
Training program prepares you for Spring 5K races (registration not incl.)
