Composed from science and creativity, Les Mills workouts offer cutting-edge training along with a lot of fun and inspiration. Each quarter, certified instructors receive a new release, bringing members new moves and music, keeping the challenges coming and the motivation fresh.
Join us for our next release on April 13. All other regularly-scheduled group exercise classes in the Group Exercise studio, Cycling studio and MPR will pause so we can bring you BodyPump™ 109, BodyAttack™ 104 and RPM™ 82.

11 a.m. – Noon – BodyPump™ 109
7:30-8:15 a.m. – Cycle w/ Kris
8:30-9 a.m. – RPM™ 82 Express w/ Christy
9:30-10:15 a.m. – RPM™ 82 w/ Kristen & Carlie
