Speed and Strength Clinic
Find the edge to compete on the next level! This 8 session long training camp teaches you simple, but effective ways to exercise. Over the course of 4 weeks you will further develop your strength, agility, speed, and footwork. You will have the opportunity to meet new friends and learn new training techniques. All while incorporating the YMCA’s 4 Core Values.
When: March 19—April 9 2019, Every Tuesday and Friday
Time: 6:00—645 p.m for ages 9-12
