Parents, enjoy an evening out while we entertain and care for your kids. Evenings will be focused on our monthly theme and will include crafts, games, physical activities, and lots of fun! We will also take children ages 5 and older swimming; if they wish to swim please bring them dressed in their suit by 5:15pm.

Free Workout Wednesdays on Georgia Street provide perfect lunchtime exercise routine: May 2 – Sept. 26
All fitness levels are welcome for 45 minutes of fun, cardio classes
We’re ready! Pack your gym bags for the return of Downtown Indy, Inc.’s Workout Wednesdays presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Fitness-enthusiasts should grab their sneakers and meet on Georgia Street’s west block (between Capitol Avenue and Illinois Street) from noon – 12:45 p.m., May 2 – Sept. 26 for FREE cardio classes. All fitness levels are welcome. A YMCA fitness instructor will keep everyone motivated each week. Free water and towels are provided during each session.

Stay on track this summer! From July 1-31, challenge yourself to 1,000 minutes of activity. We recommend you take our free group exercise classes. 1,000 minutes is about 33 minutes a day! Try a well-rounded class schedule of 60% cardio, 30% strength, and 10% mind/body. Check our group exercise schedule to find a class that fits your needs and be sure to log it in the WTN app challenge. Share your progress with the challenge group on social media using #summersweatymca

- All who join receive free sweat towels to start (pick up after July 9 at the membership desk)

The Freedom 5K is a professionally timed racing event that will not disappoint. This course will take you from the Benjamin Harrison YMCA through historic Fort Ben and the Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park.
5K Run/Walk at 8 AM
Participants can run the 1 Mile Race for FREE!
