VIRTUAL AT-HOME WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Want to push yourself and engage with other members even though you’re stuck at home? If so, this VIRTUAL AT-HOME WORKOUT CHALLENGE is just the thing for you!
Simply complete at least three virtual workouts each week.
You’ll find dozens of options with videos at YMCA360.org and at our special YMCA member access for Les Mills On Demand (register for free or sign in.)
You can find additional video options with some of your favorite YMCA of Greater Indianapolis instructors on our YouTube channel – just check out our “Y Workouts” playlist.
To help you decide what to do, we’ve compiled a daily workout guide with video suggestions for the type of workout to suit your mood or interest. A downloadable/printable version is via the pink button below, after the direct video links.
Finally, ENJOY our workouts! Don’t forget to log them on the app to get credit for achieving the Challenge. (You can download the app for FREE from the iPhone or Google Play stores. Simply search “YMCA of Greater Indianapolis”)
