BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Play and Learn is a free child care service provided to all YMCA 1 Adult or 2 Adult Household Memberships and may be used up to 2 hours per day.
Guests and other membership participants may use Play and Learn for a fee of $5/hour/child.Find out more »
