A perfect lunchtime exercise routine: May 1 – Sept. 25

All fitness levels are welcome for 45 minutes of fun, free, cardio classes

We’re ready! Pack your gym bags for the return of Downtown Indy, Inc.’s Workout Wednesdays presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Fitness-enthusiasts should grab their sneakers and meet on Georgia Street’s west block (between Capitol Ave. and Illinois St.) from noon – 12:45 p.m., May 1 – Sept. 25 for FREE cardio classes. All fitness levels are welcome. A YMCA fitness instructor will keep everyone motivated each week. Free water and towels are provided during each session.

“Workout Wednesday attendance has grown each year, making it one of our most popular free, summer events,” said Sherry Seiwert, Downtown Indy, Inc. president. “We love the energy and excitement when convention goers come upon our ‘regulars’ and join in on the fun. What a great use of Georgia Street for our Downtown workforce, residents and visitors. We couldn’t do this without Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s generous support. This commitment to community wellness is appreciated by all participants.”
