Personal Training improves the life of veteranPublished: Wednesday, April 12, 2017My wife got me Personal Training sessions as a Christmas present. At the age of 72, my goal was continued improvement in my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. As someone who grew up in sports and the military, I know the value of training with expertise. “If it is worth doing, it is worth doing the right way,” my father would say. My trainer is professional and knowledgeable. I learn from her incredible ability to teach using critique, explanation, and demonstration. She is practical, provides room for growth, and makes it fun. She is a breath of fresh air every session. Personal Training makes me stronger Because of training, I am more active daily. I feel better, live better, eat better, sleep better, have less stress, have no pain, and lost 27 pounds. My cholesterol is lower and my other measures are normal. I am thankful for my trainer and her safe approach to working out. Her leadership and enthusiasm make her first class.
