Thank You For Your Support During This Transition for our Registration

We’ve updated our registration system to better serve you.

We've launched a new mobile-friendly, streamlined registration experience for YMCA programs and activities. With this new system, you can now reserve classes and swim lanes through both our website and the Y App. We appreciate your support during this transition, and we thank you for updating your account in our improved system beginning, Monday, April 5.

Your YMCA Account:

Starting April 5, you will no longer be able to log in to your account using the Active Network platform. This is the account used to make and manage registrations and payments for YMCA programs and activities. Instead, you'll need to create a new login in our improved system. Update your account here.

Reservations:

Starting April 5, you’re able to reserve classes and swim lanes through our website, in addition to using our YMCA of Greater Indianapolis App. Classes that require reservations will have a RESERVE button at the lower right of their tile in the new system. You can make class and swim lane reservations through our YMCA of Greater Indianapolis App by clicking on the FIND A CLASS tile. If you’re familiar with our app, you’ll notice a difference in how reservations are made after April 5. Simply follow the prompts. If you haven’t already logged in to the new system and you have an existing Active Network account, please enter the email associated with that account. Be sure to save your login info and you won’t have to re-enter it next time. If you don't have the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis App, now is a great time to get it! You can download it FREE on the Apple or Google Play store.

YMCA Website indymca.org:

You’ll find a link to Programs & Activities on our homepage right where it’s always been. However, you’ll now have the opportunity to sort classes by location (“branch”) when you get into the new registration system. Alternatively, you can go directly to any of our location pages on the website, click on Programs & Activities from there, and be taken into the registration system already pre-sorted for that site. Remember, you’ll need to create a login in our new system on your first visit on or after April 5. Thank you!
