Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. This course can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, including a CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.

Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. First aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental emergencies are included in the course. Upon successful completion of the course, including a first aid skills test, students receive a Heartsaver First Aid course completion card, valid for two years.
Journey to Freedom is a group of individuals who meet to talk openly and honestly about the real struggles that keep them feeling stuck. Whether you are trying to lose weight, keep a relationship afloat, or work through other issues or concerns, the Journey to Freedom group gives you a unique set of tools to deal with disappointment, decision making, failure, grief, discontentment, or any type of challenge that you are facing.
