As part of the Y+Studio membership upgrade including Mind Body Classes and eGym Premium,  Unique Small Group Training classes offer fun circuit training and specialty equipment in a supportive T.E.A.M environment designed to maximize your fitness.

A wide variety of Group Exercise classes such as Zumba, Pilates, plus an exciting variety of specialized live and virtual Les Mills classes – all led by experienced, friendly instructors.
