Try Personal Training with nationally certified instructors. Onsite at the Y, offsite, and virtual sessions are available to suit your needs, and Y Members receive reduced rates.
Adding a Y+Studio membership upgrade to your membership gives your unlimited access to Mind Body Classes, eGym Premium, unique Small Group Training classes that offer fun circuit training and specialty equipment in a supportive T.E.A.M environment designed to maximize your fitness, and Performance Studio classes and programs such as military-inspired “boot camps” and half marathon training programs.
A wide variety of Group Exercise classes such as cycle, Zumba, and Pilates, plus an exciting variety of specialized live and virtual Les Mills classes – all led by experienced, friendly instructors – are available FREE as a past of your Y Membership.
