Youth Tumbling Classes

Tumbling Classes you’ll flip for!
We teach athletes to tumble, run, jump and twist in our program while helping them to develop muscular strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Our programs are designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment for athletes to develop tumbling skills, as well as the four YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. You’ll love the combination of quality tumbling and fun provided by our highly qualified staff! This class will be drafted on the first of each month.

Youth Dance Classes

Style, poise, posture, rhythm, movement, and discipline are taught in these beginner and advanced dance classes
Young dancers are introduced to the art of movement developing self-confidence, rhythm, coordination, and musicality. YMCA dance programming teaches young dancers the fundamentals of their chosen style all while encouraging socialization and fun. Parents will have the opportunity to see a culmination of skills learned at our bi-annual showcase!

Youth Cheer Classes

Do you have team spirit?
YMCA Cheerleading offer girls the chance to get active and have some fun cheering on their favorite YMCA Youth Sports teams.

Cheerleaders will build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing social skills and healthy relationships with other girls. If you love sports, but would rather cheer your team on to victory, then participate in one of the Cheerleading programs offered at the YMCA! At the Y, we are devoted to strengthening the spirit, mind and body of our youth. These programs are designed to teach participants the basics of cheerleading.
