Les Mills BodyPump™

BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Pilates is a method of body conditioning designed to stretch and strengthen the body through a series of unique exercises

Pilates was developed by Joseph H. Pilates to help veterans returning from the First World War. Benefits include strengthening and toning the muscles while improving posture, flexibility and balance. A workout for body and mind.



PiYo builds strength, firms the core and sculpts the body!

Low impact with dynamic moves that are inspired in Yoga with the muscle toning of Pilates. All that using your own body and nothing else.

Join other active older adults as we have fun and move to the music

Experience a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills.

Exercises are seated and help increase range of motion and activity for daily living skills.

Step Interval

This class consists of step combinations fused with intervals of upper and lower body strength segments

Strength & Endurance

Full body workout

Increase your lean muscle tissue and metabolism with this total body workout! This class incorporates challenging strength training moves, cardio intervals, and toning exercises for your entire body.


Tai Chi

Experience an improvement in balance, flexibility, and muscle strength, lowering blood pressure, relieving and managing chronic pain, increasing energy, endurance, and agility. Clinical studies have shown Tai Chi to be an effective tool in improving health, fitness, and relaxation at any age of stage of life.

TRX® Healthy Back

Improve alignment and posture in our TRX® Healthy Back program, as you build strength in the back and core muscles and take stress off the lower back. Proven techniques focus on correcting muscular imbalances to increase the range of movement.

Take both! This course will take you through both ViPR and TRX® suspension training. Train like no one else.


Turbo Kick®

Combines Intense Kickboxing with Dance

With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you will get lean and toned-and have a blast doing it. It’s high intensity and totally addicting.



Yoga class concentrating on balancing postures and stretching/floor work included.

Shallow Water Fitness

A high-intensity swim training program that combines both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning

The class utilizes both the deep and shallow end of the pool.


Deep Water Fitness

High intensity deep water fun!

Easily adaptable for all fitness levels, this deep water group exercise class puts the fun into an intense, high impact workout. This is a great class for anyone with joint problems.


Active Older Adult Program

Stay active at any age

Do you suffer from arthritis or other physical or joint limitations? Our YMCA offers several low-intensity physical activity programs that will increase strength and improve range of motion. Also, join us for monthly social events and luncheons.

Aqua Zumba®

Known as the Zumba “pool party”

With a RPE rating of 4-6 Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua ftness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.


Arthritis Aqua Therapy

This is the perfect class for those with flexibility and stiffness issues

With a RPE rating of 2-3 this class is perfect for participants with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia or recovering from injury. Warmth and buoyancy of water can decrease pain and/or stiffness and improve joint flexibility.
