Each gift to the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis has a lasting impact on our community.
Every day, the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis gives our neighbors the support they need to learn, grow and thrive.
The Annual Campaign supports our 100,000 members, 3,600 volunteers and our friends and partners throughout the community. We take on the challenges that shape our future by tackling the achievement gap and teaching healthy life habits. Everything the Y does is in service to building a better us.
As a non-profit organization, the YMCA is able to provide opportunities to the community because of the generosity of donors. Donors help the Y offer a variety of programs so everyone, working parents, older adults, and children can achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
We still need your help.
More people than ever need our assistance. By donating to the Annual Campaign, you can make a world of difference—right in your own community.
Here’s What You Can Do With One Gift:
Allows five people to attend the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program for one year, providing the tools and support they need to break the diabetes cycle.
Provides one family with a membership, giving them dedicated time-sharing, wholesome family activities, and opportunities to grow closer together.
Enriches the life of an older adult on a fixed income with a Senior Membership, helping them stay healthy and active in their community.
Provides a child or teen from a low-income family with a YMCA Youth Membership, giving them a place to learn from positive role models—and a place to belong.
Gives a child the advantage of a pre-Kindergarten education for a month, ensuring they’ll start school ready to learn.
Gives a child valuable life-saving skills with 7 weeks of swim lessons, or allows a child to participate in soccer, basketball, flag football or baseball in one of our Youth Sports Leagues.
Join a Special Group of Donors
A Giving Society comprised of generous supporters who donate a total of $5,000 or more over three years to the YMCA Annual Campaign. These multi-year commitments raise the philanthropic standing of the YMCA in Central Indiana so the Y can better support active and healthier lives for all people in our diverse community.
Levels of Giving (over three years):
- Visionaries – $100,000+
- Trustees – $50,000
- Innovators – $25,000
- Benefactors – $15,000
- Advocates – $10,000
- Ambassadors – $7,500
- Patrons – $5,000

- First-hand opportunities to see the YMCA mission in action.

- An invitation to our premier Triangle Society member reception.
- Your name on an individual banner hung at your local YMCA.
- Recognition on large banner listing all Triangle Society members and displayed in all 12 YMCA’s in Greater Indianapolis
- Insider access to the President and CEO and latest Y news through events, newsletters, and other Triangle Society communication pieces.
When you give to the Y, you:
- Expand early learning programs to better prepare more kids for school.
- Give more teens a safe, positive place to go when they are not in school.
- Help individuals and families get active and develop healthy habits to prevent the onset of chronic diseases.
- Provide Y programming for children, teens and adults who need us most.
- Make sure the Y continues to be FOR ALL!
