DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM: Making health a priority through healthy eating practices

Have you been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, or just looking for a way to lose weight? This program can help! Through education and accountability, our coaches will guide you through grocery shopping and dining out. You’ll be armed with the knowledge to make better eating choices that will help you on your way to losing weight and feeling great!
