Active Older Adults
Join us for a circuit alternating strength and endurance exercises
Our instructor will take you through an easy to follow workout. This free class is ideal for Active Older Adults looking to make the most of their time working out.

SchedulesExercises are designed to increase muscular strength, as well as range-of-movement
Strengthen those skills required during activities of daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SchedulesLes Mills Classes
BodyAttack® is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater to both total beginners and total addicts.
We combine athletic moves like running lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A certified LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout-challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a great feeling of achievement.
Les Mills BodyAttack classes are part of the Y’s group exercise program, and are included with Y membership. Group exercise class schedules can be found under the “Schedules and Downloads” tab on each location’s web page.
SchedulesBODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Les Mills Virtual means more of your favorite classes, more often. For those who’ve just started their journey to a fitter, stronger life, Les Mills Virtual is a great way to get your moves sorted and your confidence up before you get into live classes. If you’re a more experienced member, you’ll enjoy being able to work out to the world’s best fitness programs, led by the world’s best instructors, at times that suit your schedule.
Les Mills Virtual has been designed as a complement to instructor-led classes, not a replacement – it provides you with options for working out at times when you can’t get to a live class (or if you miss one because it’s too full, or you’re running late). Do both Virtual and live and enjoy the freedom of having more ways to max out your favorite classes!

- BodyPump – The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Moderate to high intensity.
- CXWORX – 30 minute core conditioning workout targeting all the muscles around the core. A strong core makes us better at everything we do. Moderate intensity.
- Grit-Cardio – 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. High intensity.
- RPM – Cycling (stationary bike) workout where you control the intensity. Dial up the challenge factor to match your fitness level. Intensity can be self adjusted.
- Sh’Bam – Fun-loving and insanely addictive dance workout. No dance experience required! Moderate intensity.
- Sprint – High-intensity interval training on a bike. It’s a short, intense style of training where it pushes your physical and mental limits.
