The health and well-being of our members, staff, and community is our first priority, and we’ll continue to take precautions in our Ys and at our off-site programs with guidance from state and local officials. If you have been asked by a school or any other organization to quarantine, please refrain from using the Y during your quarantine period.

For all YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Center operating hours

visit the center website page and click the “Center Info” tab. Scroll down and select the “Hours” tab to view both weekday and weekend hours.

Below is a list of things to expect when you visit the Y.

  • Our Play & Learn Centers (Childcare) are accepting children at least 6 weeks old.
  • Please select your YMCA Center in the “Schedules” drop-down menu for group exercise opportunities. Reservations are recommended, but not required, at all of our YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Centers for Group Exercise classes. (Without a reservation, there may be times when classes are filled.) Reservations can be made using the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis App, which can be downloaded for FREE on the Apple or Google Play store.
  • Towel service and loaned items such as locks and yoga mats have been suspended. (Please refer to “What Should I Bring?” below)

  • Baxter YMCA (indoor & outdoor)
  • Benjamin Harrison YMCA (indoor & outdoor)
  • Fishers YMCA (indoor and outdoor)
  • Hendricks Regional Health YMCA (indoor)
  • Irsay Family YMCA (indoor)
  • Jordan YMCA (indoor & outdoor)
  • OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA (indoor)
  • Ransburg YMCA (indoor & outdoor)
  • Witham Family YMCA (indoor)
  • Guest Passes and Day Passes are now being accepted at all YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Centers. 
  • Reservations are no longer required and are not being taken for lap swim.
  • Reservations are recommended, but not required, at all of our YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Centers for Group Exercise classes. Reservations can be made using the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis App, which can be downloaded for FREE on the Apple or Google Play store.
  • Please remember to bring your own towels and water bottles.

AS OF MAY 28

  • NEW POOL HOURS: To provide reliable open pool times for planning, we’re scheduling staff to serve the most people.
  • Lap swim, water classes, open swim and swim lessons are scheduled Monday through Saturday.
  • Pools are available only for swim lessons on Sundays.

To make your visit to the Y most comfortable, please be sure to bring your own:

  • water bottle
  • locker lock
  • shower and/or sweat towel(s)
  • yoga mat (if you choose to do yoga)

  • If you are awaiting COVID test results, return after you receive negative results and symptoms have resolved (no fever for 24 hours)
  • If you have been asked to quarantine, return after your quarantine period has expired and symptoms have resolved (no fever for 24 hours)

Play & Learn

PLEASE NOTE: Play & Learn is currently open with a two-hour usage limit at all YMCA of Greater Indianapolis locations.

Play & Learn drop-in care is being offered to household members for children at least 6 weeks old.

IF YOU ARE ILL, PLEASE WAIT TO VISIT THE Y UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE RECOVERED

We know life gets busy! That’s why we’re excited to offer all members YMCA360: A virtual YMCA platform of on-demand and live streaming workouts and activities for the whole family. YMCA360 allows you to experience the YMCA wherever you are and can be accessed on your phone, tablet, TV, or computer. Best of all, it’s free to all YMCA members.

Follow these simples steps to access YMCA360:

  1. Visit YMCA360.org, and click Login or Signup.
  2. Enter your zip code, and select your home YMCA.
  3. Enter your email address associated with your YMCA membership account.
  4. Enter the authorization code YMCA360 sends to your email address.
  5. You’re in! Explore and enjoy.

Personal Training Clients also have the option of working out at the Y, off-site with your trainer, or through a variety of virtual options. Additionally, Y+ Studio YMCA members can also access virtual classes via Zoom.
