Sereta Douse is one of our newest members to the YMCA Youth Development team but has over the 15 years of experience in the field! Sereta has a B.A in Psychology from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. As Site Director of Paramount Brookside, it is her mission to give students the right tools and confidence necessary to overcome risks and challenges! In her free time she enjoys traveling, volunteering, shopping and watching Netflix.
