The Avondale Meadows YMCA is pre-registering underserved families to receive holiday toys for youth ages 0 -15. The deadline to pre-register is November 10th or until full.

PRE-REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS IN-PERSON
If you need help or have questions, there will be an onsite registration at the

on Saturday, November 1, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, birth certificates for each
child, and proof of residence. Must have a valid email address to pre-register in-person or online. Families may also register
one of the following Marion County Public Library Locations: Martindale Brightwood OR E. 38th Street Library.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Where can I apply for YMCA Toy Assistance?
A: Families may register online at www.indy.recliquecore.com. Please refer to the registration flyer for instructions to sign up and locations to get assistance with registration.
Q: Can I go to any location to fill out a registration form?
A: No. A parent or guardian may go to various referral locations or the Avondale Meadows YMCA
to get information and instructions on how to register; however, a person must register for the toy
assistance program online at www.indy.recliquecore.com
Q: What does proof of household size mean?
A: Applicants must provide proof of household residence for all individuals living in the household. A parent may present a current lease that includes all occupant names, TANF or insurance statement, 1040 tax form, etc.
Q: What if my child lives in another state or city?
A: We provide toy assistance for those families living in a Marion County. Applicants will need to verify current address (utility bill, lease, etc.)
Q: If I am NOT the legal guardian or parent, can I still register a child to receive toy assistance?
A: No. Only a parent or legal guardian is able to sign up a child(ren) for the program. The parent or guardian should be prepared to provide a birth certificate for each child, or paperwork showing that he/she is the legal guardian of the child. The ONLY person allowed to pick up toys at the toy distribution day is the person who completes the online pre-registration, and a photo ID will be required for pick-up on the Toy Distribution Day.
Q: Will the YMCA accept online registration passed the deadline November 10, 2025?
A: No. To ensure all pre-registered families receive assistance, the deadline to register online is November 10th OR until online registration is full.
Q: Are there flyers available for Spanish speaking families?
A: Yes. There are online registration instructions in Spanish
Q: Will there be a Spanish speaking interpreter present the day of toy distribution?
A: Yes. A bilingual staff person will be on site at the toy distribution event.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Visit indy.recliquecore.com
2. Select “Login” on the upper-right corner of the screen
a. If you have participated in last year’s Annual Holiday Toy Drive or any YMCA program, then log in with your current username and password:

b. If you cannot remember your username or password, then select:

c. If you have not participated in any YMCA Program or Activity or obtained a YMCA membership since January 2020, then select:

3. It is not a requirement to purchase a membership. Please choose a branch of your choice and select non-member if you do not want to be a member at this time (if you are registering for the first time.)
4. Add the members of your household once completed, move on to the next step (if you are registering for the first time).
5. Find and select “programs”
6. Select “+ add programs”
7. Search for Toy Drive and click on “Family Specialty Activities”
8. Click “View” next to the Toy Drive listing
9. Select the check box and click “Register Selected”
10. Select the child you wish to register and complete the enrollment questions.
11. You will receive a SUCCESS! Confirmation of your enrollment and the option to enroll an additional child.
12. To register more than one child, you must select the option to enroll again, select the child, and continue.
PRE-REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS IN-PERSON
If you need help or have questions, an on-site registration will be at the Julia M. Carson Center, 201 E. Washington Street, on Saturday, November 2, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Please bring birth certificates and proof of residence for each child. You must have a valid email address to pre-register in person or online. Families may also register at these Marion County Public Library Locations: Martindale, Brightwood OR E. 38th Street.
