You’ll still have access to all 12 centers if you choose an association-wide membership, but it helps us to know which center you’ll be visiting most often.

Step 3 Select Your Membership

If you choose an association-wide membership, you’ll have access to all 12 area centers, as well as participating Ys across the country. Some centers also offer a single-location membership at a lower cost. These are available at the Avondale Meadows YMCA, the Ransburg YMCA, the Witham Family YMCA, and the Ascension St. Vincent YMCA in Westfield.

Play & Learn Centers

During your workout, we’ll provide a safe and engaging environment for your children. A household membership includes two free hours per day in our Play & Learn Centers.

Military Memberships

All centers offer membership and child care services for Title 10 Personnel, and a 20% subsidy for all military service members who don’t qualify through Title 10.

Hero Challenges

Each year, we recognize our military and first responders with four Hero Challenges: all-ages workouts that push you to new heights in honor of those who serve.

Supporting Veterans

We’re proud to provide specialized services just for military members. Your donation helps us continue to provide a community for veterans, active service members, and military families.

VA Health Clinic

In 2018, the OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA became the first in the nation with a clinic inside the facility. That’s how we’re helping to bring physical and mental health care to Central Indiana veterans.

To keep the Y affordable for all, our rates vary by age and household size. We also offer reduced pricing based on income for those who qualify, as well as military and corporate discounts.

Single-location memberships are also available at a lower cost for the Avondale Meadows YMCA, the Ransburg YMCA, the YMCA in Westfield, and the Witham Family YMCA. Every new membership comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.

The Y offers different options and pricing for individual and household memberships.

New members pay a one-time join fee of $55-80 depending on their membership type. The join fee for Youth Memberships is $25. Some promotions will discount or waive the fee.

You never have to sign a contract, and you can cancel your membership at any time.

As a member, you’ll become part of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis community. Members receive dozens of on-site and offsite benefits.

Events & Programs

Warm up and cool down with free locker rooms and shower facilities. Focus on yourself with free Play & Learn centers for children during your workout. Or, find the space that’s best for you with a variety of offsite and virtual workout options.

We believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier for wellness. That’s why we offer income-based pricing for those who qualify. Call your local YMCA to learn more about financial assistance.

We offer special pricing for military families and corporate groups, and we also accept SilverSneakers® and Prime memberships at all locations. Call your local YMCA to learn more.

We’re proud to offer a community for military families. We offer memberships and respite child care services for all Title 10 Personnel. To apply, complete this packet obtain the required signatures, and send the packet to your MCAO.

Military service members and veterans who don’t qualify through Title 10 are eligible for a 20% discount on association-wide memberships. Just visit a YMCA member services desk to apply.

Association-wide members can access any branch of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis. Your membership also allows you to visit participating Ys across the country.

Some centers offer a single-location membership. Single-location memberships do not allow access to other YMCA locations. These are available at the Avondale Meadows YMCA, the Ransburg YMCA, the Witham Family YMCA, or the YMCA in Westfield.
