Center Features
Rooted in the upper eastside of Indianapolis, the Avondale Meadows YMCA is a center for building strength and community. Its 5,600-square-foot wellness center features strength and cardio equipment, plus a fully equipped free weight area.
Whatever your style or activity level, there’s a range of programs to try. Sample a variety of free group exercise classes. Sign up for 1-on-1 or small group training. Explore sport leagues for all ages. Or join a game on the indoor basketball courts.
The center also features a Play & Learn Center for childcare as you work out and an Early Learning Center with preschool programs for ages 2-5.
