Jazz in the Grass Family Arts Festival

The young and young at heart are invited to join us Friday, Sept. 27, from 5:30-8 p.m. for Jazz in the Grass at the OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA.

This FREE family-friendly event is hosted by the OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA Senior Social Group and Cathy Morris and presented by Arts with a Purpose, Music Performance Trust Fund and Phillips Music Guild.

Musical performances by:

6-6:45 p.m. Mark O’Connor & the U of I Jazz Ensemble

7-7:45 p.m. The Urban Renewal BIG Band featuring Oliver Nelson & Cathy Morris

There will also be food trucks and arts activities for all ages. Please bring a blanket and/or chair for outdoor lawn seating. Only one person per household needs to register.
