Annual Good Friday Breakfast
REGISTERGood Friday Prayer Breakfast in Indianapolis
A Morning of Prayer, Reflection and Hope at the YMCA
Join the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis for our 57th annual Good Friday Prayer Breakfast in Indianapolis on Friday, April 3.
This special Good Friday event brings our community together for prayer, music and inspiration as we reflect on faith, sacrifice and the power of forgiveness. As a YMCA community, we gather to strengthen spirit, mind and body and renew our shared commitment to building a healthier, more equitable and more connected community.
Whether you are a YMCA member, community partner or friend, you are invited to begin Good Friday with purpose and hope.
Featured Speaker: Whitney Jones
We are honored to welcome Whitney Jones, founder of the Raymond K. Jones Foundation.
After losing her father to gun violence, Whitney experienced deep grief and anger. In time, she made the courageous decision to forgive the person responsible. She transformed her pain into purpose.
Today, Whitney supports families impacted by violence across Indianapolis. Through heartfelt storytelling, she inspires others to choose forgiveness, build resilience and work toward peace in their homes and neighborhoods.
Her message reflects the heart of Good Friday and the YMCA’s mission to bring people together, care for our neighbors and create spaces where everyone belongs.
