Base Cycle Training

Base Cycle Training is an eight-week power-based indoor cycling training program for anyone looking to improve their mind and body when cycling. It incorporates education on basic training principles including strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training to prevent injury and maximize power output. This entry-level conditioning is appropriate for all fitness levels as the program is personalized for each rider’s abilities. Expect personalized coaching and accountability from advanced instructors.
Base Cycle starts Tuesday, October 29, 6:30-8 p.m. and runs through Tuesday, December 17.
This is the foundation class for our Advanced Cycle Training Program, which begins January 7, 2020.
