Vinyasa Yoga

This group yoga class is suitable for all levels. We will begin each class with foundational yoga flows and add on depth and complexity with each session. Each week, as a group, we will dive deeper into the holistic practice of yoga allowing time to breath and rest in meditation, all while getting a great physical workout, release tension, and reduce stress. Each class lasts an hour and the program is 4 weeks long.
