Health Screenings – Fitness Demonstrations – Sports Activities – Resources for All Ages

Discover new ways to stay active, informed and well at the 2025 Hendricks Regional Health YMCA Health Fair. This free, three-hour event blends valuable resources with fun, hands-on activities for the whole community. Families can try basic exercises, learn fundamental fitness techniques and take part in outdoor sports challenges like soccer drills and the NFL Flag Football skills course. Seniors will find helpful information and screenings to support healthy aging, from insurance options to everyday living assistance.

No cost to attend – everyone is welcome, and registration in advance is encouraged.
