The new Les Mills releases are in and we’re celebrating with a special launch event! Wear your black, gold and silver to represent a bright start to this new year and join us for one class or all of them.

The new release for BodyPump™ and BodyAttack™ will be released during regular class times over the next 2 weeks.
*Sunday BodyFlow at 1 p.m. will still run as scheduled.
