The Monster Meeting Series

Indianapolis has a long tradition of gathering to hear voices that inspire, challenge and bring our community together at our Monster Meeting Series.

In 2026, the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis invites the public to the next Monster Meetings Series event — a historic forum that has welcomed nationally respected leaders to our city for more than a century.

This year’s featured speaker is Olympian, Harvard graduate and public health advocate Gabby Thomas. Widely recognized for her success on the world stage, Thomas also shares powerful insights on leadership, resilience and navigating pressure — lessons that resonate far beyond athletics.

The Monster Meetings Series is designed as a shared community experience, welcoming students, families, educators and community members for a meaningful conversation that spans generations and perspectives.

Registration is now open. All are welcome to attend, and participants age 18 and younger may attend at no cost.
