Come snuggle an adoptable puppy while practicing yoga at the Irsay Family YMCA. Enjoy 45 minutes of beginners Vinyasa Flow Yoga with the adorable puppies of Helping Paws Indy; a local foster based rescue group. This class is suitable for all… We especially appreciate beginners. Participants should plan to bring a mat.

A portion of this session fee goes to supportHelping Paws Indy& theIrsay Family YMCA’s Annual Campaign, which helps individuals and families afford YMCA memberships and programs. All puppies at the event are up for adoption and need good homes.
