Veterans Day Hero Challenge
featuring the Chad 1000X Hero Workout

Sara Wilkinson and GORUCK present the hero workout, “CHAD,” in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several traumatic brain injuries, blast wave injuries, and PTSD. Our goal is not only to bring awareness to the epidemic of suicide, particularly among veterans, but also to be part of the solution as proceeds from our event will provide QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training for veterans.
