This past year at the Baxter YMCA Early Learning Program has been defined by one word — growth. Growth in our classrooms, our staff and in the bright, curious minds of the children we serve each day.
Achieving Paths to QUALITY™ Level 3 is more than a recognition — it’s a reflection of our team’s dedication, intentionality and heart. It tells the story of how we’ve come together to create an environment where children thrive, families feel supported and educators are empowered to do their best work.
Our journey began with a shared goal: to offer the highest-quality early learning experiences for every child who walks through our doors. Along the way we strengthened our curriculum, deepened our family partnerships and grew as a team. Each milestone has been a collective effort — filled with reflection, collaboration and care.
Reaching Level 3 means our classrooms are rich with purposeful learning that supports every area of a child’s development — social, emotional, cognitive and physical. It means children are encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas and build the confidence that will carry them into lifelong learning.
This achievement belongs to our incredible educators who have invested countless hours in training, professional growth and reflection. They are not only teachers but also mentors and role models — committed to excellence and to nurturing every child’s potential.
