RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

If you’re a more experienced member, you’ll enjoy being able to work out to the world’s best fitness programs, led by the world’s best instructors, at times that suit your schedule.
Les Mills Virtual has been designed as a complement to instructor-led classes, not a replacement – it provides you with options for working out at times when you can’t get to a live class (or if you miss one because it’s too full, or you’re running late).
