Youth Karate

Karate instills self-confidence, self-discipline, respect, and responsibility. At the Y, students, in this traditional martial arts program, maintain a healthy lifestyle, get a whole body workout, relieve stress and develop self-defense skills in a non-competitive, welcoming environment.

Youth TaeKwonDo


Emphasizes flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination. Enhances confidence, discipline and physical fitness. Uniform and sparring pads may be purchased from instructor at first class (an additional cost through instructor). Class time determined by instructor’s evaluation. This class will be drafted on the first of each month.

Adult Sports

At the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, sports and recreational activities are always available year around.

Basketball

Whether you are a casual player or a competitive player looking to improve your skills join our Basketball leagues!

Track/Field/Running

Improve your running technique and coordination or gain endurance for another sport.

Soccer / Futsal

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis offers both Soccer and Futsal, which is a version of indoor soccer, as part of our sports programs and activities.

T-Ball/Baseball

YMCA baseball is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game. Formats include t-ball, coach-pitch and player-pitch.

Tumbling/Dance/Cheer

From Tumbling to Gymnastics to Dance, the Y provides programs that help build poise, confidence, and discipline while never losing sight of fun!
