Lose Weight
If you’re looking to lose weight, consider one of these classes:
Cardio Dance – Join us for a super fun dance class that anyone can do. With no experience required, this dance-fitness class is designed to burn mega calories. Learn new routines every week while getting a great workout!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – Effective, quick, total body workout. Mixing the calorie scorching HIIT workout style of short intense exercises with basic weight training equipment for a full body, high energy workout!
Les Mills BodyAttack™: BodyAttack is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater to both total beginners and total addicts. We combine athletic moves like running lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A certified LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout-challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a great feeling of achievement.
Zumba® – Zumba® means “to move fast and have fun!” This energizing Latin-inspired dance fusion workout is the latest fitness phenomenon!

If you’re looking for muscle mass, consider one of these classes:
Les Mills BodyPump™: BodyPump is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Total Body Strength and Endurance: Increase your lean muscle tissue and metabolism with this total body workout! This class incorporates challenging strength training moves, cardio intervals, and toning exercises for your entire body.
Circuit Training: A dynamic 30min class set up in a circuit training style. As you move from station to station, this class will provide you with a balanced mixture of cardio and weight resistance while targeting all your major muscle groups.
Endurance Training
Preparing yourself for a big race? Try one of these classes to train your endurance:
Cycle: Exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle.

Relaxation/Flexibility
Trying to become more flexible or work your back? Try out these refreshing classes:
Les Mills BodyFlow™: is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
PiYo™: a mix of Pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. Choreographed sequences that are sped up to maximize results provide PiYo participants with a fun routine to master while listening to upbeat, motivating music.
Stretch: This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness and focuses on improving flexibility for the entire body. The class will offer physical benefits and encourages relieving stress on the body and mind.
