Les Mills Launch & Group Exercise Event

When we experience a new Les Mills release as a group, we find even greater empowerment and strength.
Together, we can go further and inspire others to move.

Get ready to move with us!

April 24-25 (Dates vary by YMCA location)

Group exercise and Les Mills classes are free for Y Members! Don’t miss out on our exciting event!

Les Mills formats will vary between centers, and include:

  • Les Mills BodyAttack™ Practice athletic moves and strength exercises during a fulfilling cardio/strength hybrid workout.
  • Les Mills BodyBalance™ This flexibility- and strength-focused workout samples from yoga, tai chi, and pilates for a holistic workout.
  • Les Mills BodyCombat™ Learn simple, martial arts-style movements in a non-contact setting during this high-energy class.
  • Les Mills BodyPump™ This full-body workout uses light-to-moderate weights and high repetitions.
  • Les Mills BodyPump HEAVY™ This full-body workout ups the weight for more intense strength training.
  • Les Mills Core™ Resistance tubes, weight plates, and body weight exercises come together for a core-focused workout that adapts to your fitness level.
  • Les Mills RPM™ Enjoy a self-paced cycling workout with energizing music and an encouraging online instructor.

  • 11-11:30am – Zumba
