YMCA Health Fair in partnership with Community Health Network
REGISTERJoin us for the YMCA Health Fair, presented in partnership with Community Health Network! Jump-start your health by connecting with health providers, community partners and resources all in one place. Insurance is not required, and the event is free and open to the community.
Possible screenings and resources include blood pressure, mental health and depression, diabetes (simple A1c check), pregnancy screenings, children’s physicals and self-breast exam education. We’ll also be promoting Heart Scans and offering appointments with foundation funds for those who qualify. Food vendors will also be available!
