This is my Live Strong Testimony!
Hello, my name is Steve Fites. I have what the experts call “Mantel Cell Lymphoma” It is a blood cancer. There is no cure for this type of cancer. I am in remission now! I would consider myself a cancer survivor.
When I first heard of the Live Strong Program, I thought to myself that sounded like something that could help me to get back in shape.
So, my doctor recommended the program and I jumped at the chance to improve my strength and stamina after all the chemotherapy that I had gone through.
I am very thankful for the people here at the YMCA. What a joy to have an excellent staff and my trainer that helped me throughout was so caring and understanding about everything! She is so Awesome! (She knows who she is!) What a blessing!
GOD placed so many special people in my life during and after this ordeal. I consider these people my Angels from GOD.
