Whether it is choosing to exercise a few times per week, adding strength training to your routine, or educating yourself on nutrition and/or fitness, the YMCA can help you reach your health & wellness goals! The Y offers Personal Training with nationally certified instructors; unique Small Group Training (SGT) classes with fun circuit training and specialty equipment in a supportive T.E.A.M environment designed to maximize your fitness; and a wide variety of Group Exercise classes such as Zumba, Pilates, plus an exciting variety of specialized live and virtual Les Mills classes – all led by experienced, friendly instructors.
