Center Features
Serving Boone County for over a decade, the Witham Family YMCA is a hub for all ages. Its wellness center features cardio equipment, Cybex® strength machines and free weights, plus indoor courts for basketball, volleyball and pickleball.
Sample a variety of free group exercise classes—or schedule a virtual Les Mills class in our exercise studio. Explore our sport leagues for all ages. Go for a swim in the lap pool, try out free water fitness classes or take a dip in the accessible warm water therapy pool. The center also features a Play & Learn center for childcare as you work out.
