Registration is on-going; new students will begin attending class the first week of the month. Class payments are drafted on the 1st of the month and may be cancelled at any time prior to the 25th for the next month.

Learning a martial art builds lifelong skills. It’s a great way to improve coordination and focus, refine agility and motor skills along with goal-setting and focus skills. Students in this traditional martial arts program maintain a healthy lifestyle, get a whole-body workout, relieve stress and develop self-defense skills in a non-competitive, welcoming environment.
Learn and Love the Game! Interactive skill development lead by the YMCA’s best basketball coaches! Athletes will learn the rules of the game, terminology, and will run through various skill drills and agilities to develop fundamental skills, improve their footwork, and sharpen their practice skills during the off season.
Work with a certified trainer, review goals, and develop a customized exercise program to meet your needs. Your trainer will guide you through each exercise offering feedback, motivation, and accountability.

Diabetes Prevention Program A YMCA Certified Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach will facilitate 25 sessions on healthier eating, physical activity, and other behavior changes over the course of one year to help prevent diabetes.

Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. This course can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, including a CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver CPR AED and Heartsaver First Aid course completion card, valid for two years.
